Policies

Appointments

We require a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No Shows or Cancellations that occur without a minimum of 24 hours notice have a negative impact on our business and other customers who want appointments. Please understand that you will be asked to pay for your next appointment in advance if this occurs more than once.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. We may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.

Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have so that we can better accommodate you.

Method of Payment

Seven Doors Salon accepts Visa, Master Card and Cash. No personal checks accepted and we cannot give cash back on credit/debit card sales.

Gratuities

Gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be charged to your credit/debit card.

Bridal Party Policy

A 50% deposit of your bridal party’s service charges is due at the time of booking to reserve those appointments for you. The remainder 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding day and no deletion of services will be allowed. We will do our best to accommodate add-on appointments, but they must be paid in full. Failure to pay the remainder deposit will forfeit the initial deposit.
